In this particular case, ReCrystallize Pro includes an ActiveX manual installation MSI file. However, this involved a third party product-ReCrystallize Pro( ). One solution is to manually install the ActiveX control first. Two solutions I have found in regards to the IE 9 and the Crystal Reports XI report viewer issue: ![]() ![]() I have done some research on the subject. We have a new client that is having an issue viewing crystal reports due to the fact that they are not able to download the ActiveX control for the report viewer.
